By purchasing templates from Slidefeast, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Rights and Usage
Upon full payment, you gain the rights to use our templates for your personal and professional purposes.
- You may use our templates for one or multiple presentations, including personal and commercial purposes.
- Commercial use is allowed, provided you are the owner of the presentation in which the template is used.
- You may customize our templates to align with your company’s branding and visual identity.
- As a customer, you are granted unrestricted access to edit, replicate, print, back up, copy, customize, and use our templates.
Restrictions
To protect our intellectual property, the following actions are prohibited:
- Reselling or redistributing our templates on third-party platforms, either online or offline.
- Sharing or distributing our templates for free or for sale in their original, unedited, or modified form without explicit authorization from Slidefeast.
- Using our templates as a basis for creating similar products for resale.
Memberships And Add To Cart Purchases
Memberships or purchased templates from Slidefeast do not grant distribution rights. All templates are for individual use only, unless otherwise authorized.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales of digital templates on Slidefeast are final. Once a template is purchased and downloaded, it is non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned once accessed.
Slidefeast reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion under the following conditions:
- If any fraudulent transaction is detected.
- If a customer undertakes a transaction that does not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
- If there are environmental issues with your local device, such as software or hardware problems. (Our tech team will assist you in using our templates in these cases.)
- If your request pertains to recurring payments or undesired renewals that were not controlled.
Exceptions
Refunds or cancellations are applicable only under the following conditions:
- In the case of failed transactions or double payments for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded.
- If a claim is raised within 10 days of renewal, and no free or Premium subscription templates have been downloaded, your money will be refunded.
- The refund amount will reflect in your account within a day of a successful claim.
